  Will not come back to this location. Phlebotomist was rude and rough. She left me in pain with a bruise. She kept moving the needle up and down. There was no need for that I have a good flow and my blood was coming out; I have experience in this field. She almost hit my face with the tourniquet. She was just awful. She also pulled a different patients account( she should have verified my information) and was asking me for my debit so she could process a payment to the balance that was over 200 dollars. She obviously made a mistake which is okay, it happens; she didnt apologized. I hope corporate reads this and helps to manage this location. And remind them what patient care means.
