  If I could give a negative in stars, I would. I dealt with SIMONE... my advice to EVERYONE is take a bunch of pictures of your car... every inch and make sure you record your conversation with these people! Texas law allows you to do that if you are in the conversation. Simone likes to say all is fine... but when things hit the fan... she will run your credit card without your permission and pretty much call the customer a liar. I am glad I took pictures and even told her in her face I did. She will conveniently forget the deal and then give you the runaround. She claimed some damages when in fact they were there already. Customer service is lacking. Make sure you read the entire agreement because she will lie to you. They do not honor their company's integrity because if so, she would not be that way- but instead represent the company better. After reading these bad reviews, I can honestly say they are true to word.
