I had stopped going here for awhile due to the meat being very dry and flavorless and the service which was outstanding, going way down hill. But came here again in a pinch recently and glad I did. Our sandwiches were juicy and delicious and the drive through lady (I wish I had gotten her name) that they have working here lately is super sweet, friendly and conscientious. She is great with customers and double checks the orders for accuracy, even remembering to put one sandwich in a separate bag for me to give to my mom. We'll done Arby's! You have the right people, now keep them.
