  Bosch hired them to replace my faulty kitchen refrigerator in my condo, and I am sure glad they did. I was VERY IMPRESSED with how careful and safe they removed my 800-pound old fridge and installed the new fridge. I was nervous about the damage they could cause to my brand new home...my shiny new concrete floors!!! My walls!!! What about my pine wood stairs!?!! What about their guys getting crushed under a 800-pound fridge!?!! Oh my..so many things could go wrong!
  
  They sent six (6) guys who ALL were very professional, courteous, strong, and a real pleasure to work with. They took enormous care of my place, and kept me informed during every step of the process (which calmed my nerves). They completed the 4-hour job without scratching my shiny new concrete floors, my walls, and especially my beautiful new pine hardwood stairs. How they managed to remove the giant old fridge AND bring in a new fridge of equal size WITHOUT SCRATCHING my soft pine stairs was quite remarkable. Thank you J.T. and your crew!
